Welcome to Episode 154 where we finish up the month by focusing on how when we STOP looking out there for who we are, to feel ok about ourselves or to feel accepted, and we BEGIN to create more balance in our lives and get rid of some of the chaos.
In this episode we So today we wrap up the month focusing on the larger concept of looking out there for who we are instead of going within to find that persona and honor them as best we can by making sure our insides match our outsides. Balance is more than just scheduling downtime. Besides, if we are disconnected from who we are we won’t do it anyway. It’s about healing, it’s about focusing on our values, our beliefs, and our truth. It’s also about risking saying no and going within to sit with ourselves a bit to see what needs to go, what needs to change, and what direction we need to move in. All month we contrast stress and chaos with calm and clarity and processed how the biggest culprit is NOT being in our truth. Instead, we may have been too busy doing too much, people pleasing and running from ourselves. We talk about how things like perfectionism and binary beliefs keep us stick and don’t allow us to just be our incredible quirky authentic selves.
