Living Wholehearted Podcast With Jeff and Terra
Kids & Family:Parenting
"Wherever you go, there you are." Whether you are a leader at home, in the workplace, in a faith community, or somewhere else, your individual story and wiring inform the type of person you are when you show up to lead. Today Terra and Jeff Mattson have a round table conversation with our guest, Connie Armerding, about how coming to the leadership table, as your most unique, integrated and healthy self, can ultimately lead to less stress and more peace for you and those within your circle.
If you are a leader looking for a space to invest in your own leadership growth, you're in luck! We have two Wholehearted Leadership Cohorts starting soon and applications are open! Our next one-year Women's Cohort begins in January 2024 and the next two-year co-ed Executive’s Cohort begins in March 2024. To register, or for more information to help you discern which cohort is the best fit for you, visit www.livingwholehearted.com/cohort. APPLY NOW!

Jeff and Terra Mattson are the co-hosts of the Living Wholehearted Podcast. They are also the founders of Living Wholehearted, a professional counseling, executive coaching, and organizational development firm outside Portland, Oregon, helping leaders live and lead with integrity. Their team of professionals are coming alongside leaders in the home, work and community, providing confidential and safe places for leaders, and their families and teams, to find healing, wholeness, and health. Jeff and Terra are the co-hosts of the weekly Living Wholehearted Podcast, co-authors of the book, Shrinking the Integrity Gap: Between What Leaders Preach and Live, and are raising their two teen girls. They are also the founders of Courageous Girls, a non-profit dedicated to helping moms walk alongside their daughters at every stage of their growing years (learn more at mycourageousgirls.com). Bridging the gap between Biblical truth, clinical expertise, and trauma-informed relational wisdom, the Mattsons are writing, speaking, training, counseling and coaching leaders, knowing that when a leader lives and leads with integrity, everyone in their wake benefits.
