1. Radically changing your diet.
2. Using herbs and supplements.
(3-9 Address Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual acts of defiance)
3. Follow your intuition-Trust your self and don't deny what is happening!
4. Take control of your health-Exercising
5. Releasing your suppressed emotions-ART training, Acknowledgment and then control.
6. Increasing Positive emotions- Or limit negative emotions.
7. Embracing emotional support-This can be deeply embarrassing.
8. Deepening your spiritual connection
9. Having a strong reason to experience/live life.
