IRONMAN Texas has been run and done! We take you through all the highs and lows of the day, just like any IRONMAN there are plenty of tales to be told, with a side serve of mayonnaise.
A 53 min swim, 4:39 ride and 3:24 run got Coach Tim to a 9:03 and a place on the podium in the Americas Championships. Last time we did an IRONMAN race review the episode was titles "How Many Fingers", on this occasion, there was no wheelchair, but a cowboy hat and a belt buckle for a finshers medal.
This podcast might just inspire you to race in Texas, or simply race away from home and explore a wider calendar. Travelling and racing is a great part of the sport.
Coach Greg absolutley feeds it to Tim on the run at all the right times.
We look forward to IRONMAN Port Macquarie this coming weekend. A massive team is ready to fire!
