A Gluten Free Podcast
Episode 2
On today’s episode, I’m joined by the amazing Bec Wixon, the passionate creator behind The Gluten Free Queen and founder of the Coeliac Disease Support Group Australia Facebook Group. Bec has built a supportive space for thousands of Aussies living with coeliac disease, while also creating fun and relatable gluten-free content and products that bring joy and humour to our community.
Bec opens up about her personal coeliac diagnosis journey and how it transformed not just her health, but her whole outlook on life. What started as a challenging adjustment turned into a drive to educate, advocate, and uplift others navigating this gluten-free life. From hilarious gluten-free merch to helping others feel less alone, Bec shares the real ups and downs of coeliac life and the creativity it’s sparked along the way.
We also chat about some of her favourite gluten-free-friendly restaurants, what she’s learned through building an online community, and what keeps her motivated to keep showing up for others—even on the tough days.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, supporting a loved one, or just looking for a positive voice in the gluten-free space, this is a conversation filled with encouragement, laughs, and real talk about coeliac disease.
