Jan here… wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend, skier, trail runner, sailor, surfer, adventurer, kitchen dancer, lover of life and more…and yet… what I am most passionate about is seeing others wake up to their full potential… their full expression… in this life.

​…something that is completely unique unto them… 

…something that is often hidden behind illusions and beliefs that they ought to be a certain way, another way, other than their true selves… expectations set by family, society, culture…

…and, as a result they are not living as happily as they could be.

They either dim their lights because they are afraid that that thing that would make them happy, would hurt how others see them, or, they fear what will happen to us if we actually have that...

OR, they are so busy making everyone else happy, they can't even begin to think about their own happiness.
