In essence, you have to make friends with Chaos because even though that word can conjure up some powerful thoughts, feelings and beliefs, it's around us. The Chinese refer to life as a relationship with Yin and the Yang. The relationship of control and chaos with each element possessing a small part of the other, while providing balance and harmony. This is why it's important to not just seek one whilst fearing the other. Embrace Chaos and understand how to work with it.
