For years I kept making the same mistake.
Over, and over, and over I would try to lose weight. And each time I got the same crappy results.
I wouldn’t hit my goal and I would feel worse about myself than before I started.
When I shifted away from this huge mistake, everything changed for me. Not only did I hit my goal, I kept my goal.
More importantly, I started to enjoy my health journey and build confidence and trust in myself.
