As the Emmy-winning daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless recently celebrated its 50th year on television, and over 12,000 episodes, the series gave starts to many actors’ careers in Hollywood throughout its historic run, including Penn Badgley, Justin Baldoni, Eva Longoria, Shemar Moore, Vivica A. Fox and even Tom Selleck.
One of its newest cast members is Mexican-born actress Zuleyka Silver, who joins us on this episode of Multicultural TV Talk to talk about her experience on the iconic series, transitioning to the fast-paced world of a daytime series, and teases an exciting upcoming storyline for her character Audra Charles.
