Let's face it: we all know that conventional answers to health issues are not up to the challenge of our complex world with its complex health questions. We all know that prescription medication and medical procedures only address a small piece of the puzzle by masking symptoms and does not enable true health. This is why I invited another guest to my podcast to speak about the possibilities available to us all so that we can create and experience a life worth living: a thriving life!

It was so enriching and inspiring to speak with my fabulous guest, a Homeopath and Functional Medicine Coach, Brenda Plascencia. I am excited to invite you to join our conversation and learn about the possibility of personal transformation though Homeopathy.

In her own words, Brenda empowers people to gain control over their health in order to transform their life through natural approaches using Homeopathy and discovering healthier life styles. She is a Classical Homeopath and also a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. During her years of practice she has found that both systems : Classical Homeopathy and Functional Medicine together lead her patients to an accelerated improvement of health conditions. She named her system Functional HomeopathyTM .

Brenda is a mother of three adult kids. She was born in Mexico and now lives in Texas where she has worked as a professional homeopath since 2012.

Brenda says that Homeopathy has given her most fantastic gifts: being able to help people to recover their health and teaching them a more natural way of treating themselves and their families.

Among several health conditions Brenda successfully focuses on asthma and seasonal allergies, as well as she helps autistic children and coaches moms about how to treat them in a more natural way to avoid conventional drugs.

In our conversation Brenda shared about her childhood growing up with Mom Homeopath and her journey to learn Homeopathy and become a professional Homeopath and Health Coach.

We spoke about the importance of empowering mothers to raise their children naturally. Brenda shared how she educates Moms and helps families lead more natural and healthier lives.
