It can be frustrating as a Christian when we don’t experience victory over long-standing sin issues, lack progress in our daily lives, and when we suffer from emotional and relational distress. During this Soul Food Session, we were excited to have Dr. Sarita Lyons, a Bible teacher and psychotherapist explore 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 and discover how undiagnosed and undefended strongholds are often the root cause of many of our problems.
Through integrating Dr. Lyons’ psychological training and Biblical truth, we learn what Scripture teaches us about how to overcome as disciples of Jesus Christ.
