Lockie Robertson is a footballer located in New South Wales. He is also a Max’s Challenge Top 10 Finalist who has been able to achieve major results and given himself the ability to take his game to the next level. After putting on more than 8 kilos and finding himself in a negative cycle of dissatisfaction and weight gain, Lockie completed the Lean and Ripped Challenge- regaining his motivation for fitness, losing 9 kilos and getting into prime shape for his upcoming football season.
While maintaining his business as a contractor, Lockie found ways to balance his hectic schedule and make the best out of his local offerings. In this episode, you’ll hear how, Lockie tracked his progress and stayed motivated throughout the challenge. He shares how the changes in his mindset and body kept him going.
