Cyndi Taranto and Janell Reichenbach are the owners of Barre Forte Kaysville, Davis County's first boutique barre studio. Barre is a fitness experience unlike any other that combines the very best of pilates, yoga, and ballet technique. High intensity but low impact, this workout is for everyone and will build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility. In this episode, Cyndi and Janell share how they got started, what motivated them to open their studio, and why fitness is important for the body and mind.
