Connecticut’s third casino moving forward, and Barrett-Jackson auto auction returns to Mohegan Sun

A federal appeals court has upheld the dismissal of the lawsuit by MGM Resorts International challenging the Connecticut law that allowed the Mohegan and Mashantucket Pequot tribes to partner on a third Connecticut casino.
