The disciples hearts are troubled and rightfully so. They had just learned that Christ was leaving them, they would all fail Him in some way, and one of them was a traitor. Yet, Jesus tells them not to let their hearts be troubled, and the reason is rooted in a promise He makes to them. The promise is good news for them...and each of us who are His.
