Bill W is sharing on the topic of Spiritual Experience at an unknown meeting in April of 1968. Many of the Bill W recordings are very bad quality, this one was just ok. I did manage to clear out a large amount of background noise and adjusted the tones to make it more listenable. The first half is cleaner than the second half.
