Today on Felony Friday we welcome Constitutional expert and educator, KrisAnne Hall! KrisAnne has a diverse background. She's an army veteran, a Russian linguist, and a former prosecutor who became a passionate advocate for Constitutional concerns. This is KrisAnne's second appearance on the Lions of Liberty Podcast. She first appeared on episode 194 with host Marc Clair. For KrisAnne's full back story you can check out that episode.
On today's episode we focus on the Cox and Kettler Second Amendment case in Kansas. Shane Cox and Jeremy Kettler of Kansas were essentially arrested and sentenced to prison for following a Kansas state law (Second Amendment Protection Act) and violating federal law at the same time. This case is incredibly important and KrisAnne does a phenomenal job of explaining every detail. Additionally, in this episode we discuss Donald Trump's Immigration Executive Order, marijuana nullification at the state level, Jeff Sessions and much more!
