In this episode, Jaslyn Kee, an Usui Reiki Teacher, and Heart Healing Practitioner, introduces us to a modality created by the Mayans, on healing the heart center.

Heart Healing addresses issues of the heart by reprogramming heart energies, filling the heart with love, opening and expanding heart energies, and helping to let go of wounds and emotions.
