The Collective Wisdom Podcast with Cat Preston
Arts:Visual Arts
My guest today is another very personal one, as this episode airs just two days after Father's Day, I thought it was only fitting to get my own dad on the podcast, and share a bit of wisdom with you that I've had the privilege of being around all my life. I really lucked out when I chose my dad. He's a real gem of a man and a great storyteller. One of the things I love about him the most, is the way he's able to find a funny side to just about anything. As you'll hear, we somehow go from talking about design inspiration to a cautionary tale about what happens when you don't buy pants from Marks and Spencers. We also talk about how he narrowly missed out on becoming a great violinist. And I came to see that seeing the best in people is something that is really baked into my DNA. So Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there and here's mine to share a bit of wit and wisdom with you.
