Life gets stressful but it's all in the way we manage it.  One of my secret weapons for less stress is to make sure I make time for rest.  Whether its scheduling a walk with a friend, some meditation or even a nap ensures I get som down time every day where I'm not connected online.  All this week we discuss tips and tricks for managing stress.  Listen in.
