Our hope is that sharing this conversation helps other people realize that when you look inward and really think about why are responding the way you are you can overcome those struggles. We challenge each and every one of you to lean into those uncomfortable moments and use them as a way to grow and make progress toward your goals. When you find yourself not wanting to wear that bathing suit, look inward and figure out why and try it to see if you can overcome that uncomfortableness.
