Which way to the Watering Hole?

We have often heard that humans are made up of approximately 60 to 70 percent water. We also hear that if we’re thirsty, we’re already a little dehydrated. Spiritually speaking, it is no different. So, how do we become good stewards of our “Source” before we’re desperate and depleted?
