Ashley and Sam are joined by Renfrew Alum, Mia (she/her) to discuss her experience of being diagnosed with ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder). Mia reflects on how this diagnosis helped her understand patterns she was engaging in that felt incongruent with what she actually wanted.
