Episode 63 - The Mutants

One of the laws of the universe is that empires rise and empires fall. It is during the twilight days of these empires that desperate men show their true nature and hatch their schemes.

This week Paddy and Tricia follow The Doctor and Jo as they are sent by the Time Lords to deliver a message to an unknown recipient during the independence of the planet Solos. However, their efforts are hampered by inter-faction feuding and xenophobia bred by the emergence of The Mutants.
