When trying to optimize body composition (reduce body fat but maintain or even increase muscle mass) you should AVOID being "good" at cardio!!! Increasing cardiovascular efficiency actually makes fat loss more difficult!!! To be your leanest and to ensure long term progress you actually want to suck at cardio!!!
