Chatham Hope Haven is getting funding to help give people experiencing homelessness a warm place to stay overnight this winter, the municipality of Chatham-Kent is also creating a new funding reserve to hopefully entice doctors to move to the area, and a 26-year-old Detroit resident is finding out the hard way that the 401 in Chatham-Kent is not a raceway.
