In Frankreich, Deutschland und Großbritannien ist Regierungskrise. Dort glaubt man, es ließe sich ein Krieg finanzieren, gleichzeitig könne man auf günstige Energie verzichten und es käme dennoch nicht zu gesellschaftlichen Verwerfungen. Diese Annahme ist falsch. Westeuropa wird instabil.
