Delta Green “Project Echo” Chapter 1: Voices in the North Building

 

When four Delta Green agents are summoned to a grimy Minneapolis motel in the dead of winter, they’re given very little to go on—just a burner phone, a tape recorder, and the name of a missing cop: Roger Johnson. As the team listens to his last, terrifying recording and digs into the fragments of his career, they’re pushed toward the Echo housing projects in northern Minnesota, a place where the violent, the desperate, and the forgotten all share the same crumbling towers. Episode 1 follows the agents’ first steps into the case as they piece together Johnson’s downfall, survey the hostile projects from the shadows, and start to understand just how badly this building wants to keep its secrets.

About the Chronicle

Project Echo is a Delta Green scenario set in the winter of 2018, where a joint task force is assembled to uncover what happened to Roger Johnson, a disgraced Minneapolis police officer who vanished while obsessively investigating a double murder in the Echo Projects’ north building. Combining urban decay, cold Midwestern nights, and the slow burn of an investigation gone too far, the campaign explores what happens when a “friendly” stares too long into the unnatural—and what Delta Green is willing to risk to keep that truth from ever reaching the public.
