A recruiter said they would ”love” to call me with feedback -- is that a good sign?

A discord user sent in a question saying a recruiter contacted them after an interview saying they would "love" to call to give them some feedback, asking how they should interpret that message. If they use overly-positive wording, that's probably a good sign.
