Health & Fitness:Mental Health
One of the many things we have learned as a result of the global pandemic is the importance of community – of thinking and taking action collectively, of seeing ourselves as part of a greater whole.
No matter how independent we like to think we are, our sense of who we are, our safety, our mental and physical health rely heavily on our sense of connection with the world and people around us.
This practice-based session is free to join for those with an established mindfulness practice and will explore how our emotions, thoughts, physical experiences, and actions need and feed off our sense of being part of a bigger whole.
