What were people thinking as evidence accumulated that Nazi Germany was exterminating six million Jews and others? Apparently, they were thinking what many of us are now as 245 million Christians are being brutally persecuted in our time.

Until the Greatest Generation went to war to liberate Europe and ended the Holocaust, many here and elsewhere told themselves things like: “It’s not happening.” Or, if it is, “It’s none of our business.” “It can’t be as bad as some are claiming.” And, “The problem will go away if we don’t get involved in it.” Sound familiar?
