Episode 87 - Julia Sorisho Rodgers is the author and illustrator of two Assyrian/English children’s books, “Farm Animals” and “My Assyrian Language Alphabet.” As a mother of three, she found a need for children’s sturdy board books for the Assyrian community, so she sought out professionals and used her artistic talent to write and illustrate her board books as a way to teach children the Assyrian language.
