Hey Hustle-cita!
How are you doing with your 2023 Goal Crushing?! We are two thirds of the way through the first quarter of the year and a lot of us have given up or nearly given up on many of the things we set out to do in the beginning of the year.
The good news is, it’s never too late to start again! So I decided to spend the next few weeks taking a deep-dive into one of the fundamental basics of goal setting and goal crushing: HABITS. This series is basically my Goal Crush 101, and I’m calling it Habits Uncomplicated because we tend to overcomplicate the idea of building healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. It doesn’t need to be complicated!
Today in episode 16, we are talking about what a habit is and how habits are different from tasks, routines, systems, and rhythms. We’ll hit up on ALL the productivity buzzwords and I hope that you get some real value from it so that you can make a plan to create and build new (or kill old) habits for yourself!
