This teaching looks at the story of King Belshazzar, grandson of Nebuchadnezzar, both of whom lived during the days of Daniel.
One day while doing while hosting a feast God interrupted his life by writing some words on the wall of the room he was in.
The words God wrote were “mene, mine, tekel, upharsin” and was a message directly to the king’s heart. But, only Daniel could interpret the meaning as he had done several decades before for Belshazzar’s grandfather.
Ralph will be looking at what God was saying to this man who really thought he was in control of the Babylon Empire and his own life and didn’t acknowledge that God was in control of everything. (see Daniel, chapter 5)
