One of Trump's co-defendants in the massive Georgia Racketeering Case is accusing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis of engaging in an "Inappropriate" relationship with Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade, whom Willis hired.
The co-defendant, Mike Roman, wants the charges against him dismissed.
Judge Scott McAfee has scheduled a February 15 hearing on that Motion for Dismissal. That Motion to dismiss offered "No Proof" of wrongdoing.
Trump quickly seized on the allegations and sent out a fundraising e-mail.
And while Willis has not yet responded directly to the allegations, she did talk about the burdens of the case and the constant threats to her life and the lives of her family members.
The Fulton County District Attorney's Office has until Feb. 2 to respond to the Motion to Dismiss.
