With the national rate of cesarean births being at an all-time high, it is becoming more and more common for woman who are considered low risk, First-Time mothers (FTM), and for those who have had previous cesareans. Although cesareans have come a long way, it is still a MAJOR abdominal surgery and still can pose risks for those who are current pregnant, for current and future childbirth, and can greatly affect your recovery into postpartum making it a challenge to to adjust to the transition of motherhood.
