Diets don't work long term.  All the studies show it.   What I have found that does work?  Two things. 1. Intuitive eating.  Eating when you are hungry, not bored or anxious or lonely.  Eating to nourish our bodies not fill our stomachs.  Listen in as I discuss this a bit more. 2.
