When it comes to grocery shopping and trying to make better choices for your family it can be so hard to navigate. Unless you’ve spent time educating yourself most people just don’t have the time to fully know what’s really behind that pretty packaging. They entice you with the labels and “key words” hot trends, etc. but still fill your body with junk that isn’t necessary. In this episode we talk about 3 main things to start looking for on your food labels that could be wreaking havoc on your health. If you want to set you and your family up for success for the long run in terms of your health and wellness then this will be a simple and practical way to start.
