This is Part 2 with Laura Felluga, granddaughter of Livio Felluga, the rebuilder of the Friulian viticulture. This episode is all about the grapes varieties that are native to the Friuli-Venezia Giulia wine region. I’m tasting both the Friulano and the Pinot Grigio. We will be looking at both, discussing the misunderstanding of Pinot Grigio and it’s the perception around the world, along with Ribolla Gialla, Picolit and Refosco.
