The Flip Side with Noah Filipiak
Religion & Spirituality:Christianity
Noah interviews Michelle Sanchez on what color courageous discipleship looks like. Michelle does a great job of tactfully leading listeners (and readers of her books) into the truths of antiracism, but in a way that is approachable. Her focus is on the overall discipleship of every Christian and how important that being color courageous is a part of that.
Michelle's books:
Color-Courageous Discipleship: Follow Jesus, Dismantle Racism, and Build Beloved Community
Color-Courageous Discipleship Student Edition: Follow Jesus, Dismantle Racism, and Build Beloved Community
God's Beloved Community: A Picture Book

Michelle earned an M.Div. and Th.M. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, completed spiritual direction training at Boston College, and studied the life and times of Jesus at Jerusalem University College. After majoring in international business at NYU, she worked as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs.
