Dr. Curtis Rogers discusses the 2018 hurricane season with Andrew Phillips, Hurricane Program Manager for the South Carolina Emergency Management Division. Prior to moving to Columbia to work as a Hazard Mitigation Specialist at SCEMD in 2015, he was a TV Meteorologist for WBTW News 13 in Myrtle Beach from for 3.5 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and Atmospheric Science from the University of Georgia.
