Hello everyone, and welcome to episode 180 of the Resilient Journey podcast, presented by Anesis Consulting Group!

This week, we’re joined by consultant and resilience program manager Claire Mechan who says the best way to bounce back fast is to never have to bounce back at all. She explains that disruption resiliency does four things: It protects our business continuity program, enhances our competitive advantage, protects our company’s reputation and mitigates financial loss.

Claire’s goal is clear. Rather than reacting in crisis mode – resilient organizations operate from a position of preparedness. She says they have the ability to resist, absorb and adapt.
