Geraldine B. McGinty, MD, MBA, FACR, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Contracting Officer for the Weill Cornell Physician Organization and current chair of the American College of Radiology’s Board of Chancellors, shares her journey from medical school in Ireland, residency at the University of Pittsburgh and the leadership opportunity at Montefiore Medical Center that put her on her leadership path.
