Today - shoot for 64 ounes of pure filtered (not bottled, not tap) water.  That's 8 glasses of 8 ounces.  Get yourself a refillable water bottle.  Something large of enough to hold enough water for the morning but not so large that it's too heavy or cumbersome.  Remember unless we are taking alot of B vitamins our urine output should be nearly clear.
