Episode #66- Misty Alessandri: Pony Express 100 Female winner and more

We have been fortunate to know Misty Alessandri for over 5 years and have enjoyed watching her grow on the trails. She has had her share of injuries and set backs but always faces them with an amazing attitude. In 2016 Misty not only ran the Pony Express 100 under 24 hours but came away as the female winner in a time of  23:18. We sit down with Misty and talk about her running background which started with a treadmill to her love for being in the mountians.
