Metaphors are something that we use, probably unconsciously, all the time. They’re an essential part of us and can give insights into our inner workings. Take a simple question: how are you feeling? Do you respond metaphorically or with a descriptive feeling. The challenge this week is become conscious of your own metaphors and start to explore them. Have a bit of fun!
