4. Business Planning with Keith and Brandon

What does your business look like years from now?  Who are you working on?  Are you doing a majority of the treatment?  Do you have one location or 1,000?  These are great exploratory questions that can lead to an impactful practice that is sustainable, and rewarding.

Completing a five, then three, and then one year business vision questionnaire can give you insight into if you are on the right track, or if you are looking for that starting point to set you in the right direction.  

If you are looking for some sample planning questions, we are including them in the show notes.  Without a plan, it is difficult to know where your business is going, and how to react when you need to pivot.
