Welcome back to another episode! And joining me, I have one of my dearest friends and soul sisters, Janet Lynn to talk about some very current and relevant topics to both of us right now, and maybe they will be for you as well.

Honoring the seasons and cycles of life, flowing when it's time to be a hermit, and flowing when it's time to show up and share. Also, self-doubt, which I think many of us can relate to, and some of the ways we can handle and move through doubting ourselves, especially when creating something new, or getting out of our comfort zone in any way. And it wouldn't be a convo between Janet and me unless we talked about yoga. We share stories and perspectives on the ancient lineage of yoga and how we feel it's important to not forget this as teachers and work on bringing it into this modern world.

It is always wonderful to share space with Janet, she is one of my dear friends, and yoga mentor, and she is someone I come to for questions and advice. I just love her, and I know you will too!
