#60 - Suffer Well

Are there really gifts in suffering? It's easier to suffer well when we are clear that what we are seeking is growth. Growth is on the other side of pain. As we head into 2019, it's time to self select pain in order to not only walk through the valleys we will inevitably face, but perhaps even carry others through them.
