Welcome to my first episode! In this episode, I talk about 5 steps that I've implemented into my life to help ease the pressure of my obsession with perfection. These steps include embrace change, learning how to change your mindset around failure, setting boundaries (say no!) and learning when to quit. Aiming for perfectionism shouldn't be the goal. Perfectionism doesn't equal happiness, so if we want to be happy, we must learn not only how to be imperfect, but how to be okay with being imperfect. I hope these tips are as helpful for you as they have been for me. Remember, you are worthy and you are enough!
